Photovoltaic (PV) panels are devices capable of converting solar energy to electrical without emissions generation, and can last for several years as there no moving parts involved. The best performance be achieved through maximum power point tracking (MPPT), which is challenging because it requires a sophisticated design, since the fluctuates throughout day. PV used in this research provided low output voltage and, therefore, boost-converter with non-linear control law was implemented reach suitable end-used voltage. main contribution novel MPPT method based on reference estimator (VRE) combined fuzzy logic controller (FLC) order obtain from panel. This structure dSpace 1104 board commercial panel, PEIMAR SG340P. scheme compared conventional perturbation observation (P&O) sliding mode (SMC), where outcomes demonstrated superiority proposed advanced method.
